Too pro-Russian president: Yurii Shulipa about the era of Joe Biden's presidency
January 20, 2025, the last day of Joe Biden's presidency. The 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden, is a fatal figure in world history. His rule led to the emergence of an illusion of strategic stability, international security and international law in the world; in fact, it caused the collapse of all key international institutions.
In 2023 - 2024, throughout the history of its existence, Moscow committed direct military missile aggression against NATO on Polish territory.
By its inaction in not taking appropriate preventive military measures, the administration of the 46th President of the United States allowed the emergence of a pre-war situation caused by the intentions of the leaders of the Moscow fascist-terrorist regime to attack the Baltic States. Moscow has never been as close to attacking NATO countries as it was in the summer of 2024 and only the military operation of the AFU to liberate the Kursk region foiled these insidious plans of the aggressor.
The consequences of Joe Biden’s policies will, without exaggeration, affect the entire world for decades to come. The problems that the outgoing US administration created through its criminal inaction will have to be resolved not only by those living today, but by their children and even grandchildren.
The foundations of the current classic pro-Russian policy of the United States were laid by Joe Biden during his tenure as Senator from Delaware (1973-2009) and 47th Vice President of the United States (2009-2017).
Pro-Russianity in any of its manifestations: action, decision, or inaction on the part of anyone should be considered a crime.
Some pro-Russian episodes of Joe Biden's political activity, which led the world to the current severe tragic consequences, deserve special attention.
Joe Biden was one of the opponents of the campaign launched by George W. Bush in December 2001 to withdraw from the 1972 Soviet-American ABM Treaty[1]. By the end of 2006, Biden had become an opponent of continued war in Iraq and Afghanistan, and generally of U.S. military support for its allies and partners. He opposed the 2007 troop surge, saying that General David Petraeus was «completely wrong» to believe that a troop surge could work[2].
While serving as Vice President of the United States during the Barack Obama administration, Joe Biden was responsible for formulating and implementing U.S. foreign policy in the former Soviet Union.
After Putin's famous Munich speech in 2007, Biden was well aware that Moscow was actively preparing for a major war with the West. Despite this, in 2008, Putin and his two-term spacer Medvedev were forgiven military aggression against Georgia and the occupation of Abkhazia and South Ossetia by the U.S. for Russia's sake, so that the aggressor could continue to commit crimes of aggression with impunity.
The policies of Barack Obama and Joe Biden were so pro-Russian that they allowed Moscow to launch a Fourth World Hybrid War against Western Civilization on February 20, 2014, as an act of geopolitical revisionism for the defeat of the former USSR in the Third Cold War of 1945-1992.
On February 28, 2014, at a secret meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Chairman of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Turchynov reported that his appeal to the US leadership to provide Ukraine with weapons to resist the occupation of Crimea was denied with the wording “not to anger the Russians.” After this event, Moscow rightly called the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, a “schmuck.”
Under Vice President Biden, not only did the Fourth World Hybrid War begin, but also a very dangerous precedent was set for an attack on a country that, under the guarantees of sovereignty and territorial integrity enshrined in the Budapest Memorandum, gave its potential aggressor the world's 3rd largest nuclear weapons capability.
Subsequently, this event became one of the main reasons for Moscow's aggression against Ukraine. Henceforth, no country in the world will give its nuclear weapons to any other country under the unsecured, or simply put, illusory guarantees of the United States and its allies. The Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons has become meaningless and illusory.
In addition, the precedent of Moscow's violation of the Budapest Memorandum in the form of criminal actions, and the United States and Great Britain's criminal inaction, has led to the growth and proliferation of nuclear weapons in the world. Back in October 2022, the Kremlin sent a working group of specialists from the Central Research Institute-4 of the Russian Defense Ministry and Rosatom to Tehran to assist the Iranian regime in building nuclear warheads [3]. 3] On October 01, 2023, in its annual report to the U.S. Department of Defense, the Pentagon stated that Iran has sufficient resources to build a nuclear device in less than two weeks.
The Iranian regime has expressed designs to launch a nuclear strike against Israel, which should motivate Israel to launch a preemptive missile strike against the Iranian regime.
In 2024, Iran became a nuclear weapons possessor. The Biden administration shamefully omitted this fact, not even expressing its characteristic empty concern. By its criminal inaction, the United States, represented by Joe Biden's administration, has actually enabled its strategic adversary Iran to jeopardize its ally Israel with a nuclear strike.
October 07, 2023 Moscow and Tehran with the help of their proxy forces - terrorist organizations Hamas and Hezbollah within the framework of the Fourth World Hybrid War of Moscow against the West, unleashed a bloody war for the destruction of Israel. Israel, for the first time, is actually winning this war single-handedly, not thanks to the military assistance of its ally the United States, but in spite of its inhibition and sabotage of support for Israel in the criminal interests of the Russian Federation.
Prior to this, Moscow launched the Russian-Syrian war against Syria on September 30, 2015. A secret NATO report, excerpts from which were published in the media in February 2016, noted that only 20% of Russian airstrikes were directed against ISIS, while the rest were directed against the anti-Assad opposition[5]. International human rights organizations have repeatedly accused Moscow of committing war crimes in Syria during the aggressive war, which was denied by the Russian side[6].
During the Vice Presidency of Joe Biden, Moscow used chemical weapons of mass destruction in Syria for the first time. Former US President Barack Obama clearly said that this was a «red line» and Assad would be punished[7]. And he was deceived. No real measures were taken against Assad by the Obama administration.
Putin continued to destroy the Syrian people with impunity. Moscow's war against Syria was part of Moscow's Fourth World Hybrid War against the West, the goals of which were to create a migration collapse in Europe and to publicly prove the U.S. inability to maintain international security in the Middle East and, most importantly, unwillingness to punish the aggressor for war crimes.
At the beginning of Moscow's war against Syria, Putin declared that «It is impossible to imagine a better exercise. We can train there for a long time without damaging our budget»[8]. Indeed, Moscow has been practicing for a long time in Syria, destroying peaceful Syrian cities and civilians to prepare for a large conventional war in Europe, in order to then also “train” in Ukraine with impunity, but on a larger scale, massively destroying its cities and population. In 2021, before Moscow's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the U.S. committed an act of unjustified flight from Afghanistan, having previously stripped it of its status as a Major Non-NATO Military Ally (MNNA).
With its disgraceful flight from Afghanistan, the Biden administration betrayed to the Taliban terrorist group tens of thousands of NGO representatives and employees working for American and European organizations - their fellow citizens who believed that the Democratic Party stood for the values of democracy. In 2014, the Obama-Biden administration de facto approved the capitulation Minsk agreements and the humiliating Normandy format of negotiations imposed on Ukraine by force from the Kremlin, which eventually became a political cover for Moscow's preparations for a major war of aggression against Ukraine.
With his symbolic sanctions, Biden provided Russia with opportunities not only to wage a war of aggression against Ukraine without much economic damage, but also to successfully adapt to the new sanctions. At the beginning of 2021, after assuming office as President of the United States, Joe Biden knew about the planning, preparation and launching in Europe of Moscow's big conventional war against Ukraine.
Joe Biden and members of his administration also knew that in case Moscow launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the commanders of the Russian armed forces would be tasked to kill as many Ukrainian citizens as possible, not only military, but also civilians, and to carry out maximum destruction of Ukrainian cities[9]. Biden and his team knew that Moscow was preparing a total genocidal war against Ukraine, the main goals of which were the destruction of Ukraine as a country
Obviously, the situation demanded the introduction of preventive measures against the aggressor, in particular, tough pre-emptive sanctions, granting Ukraine the status of a MNNA, deployment of military bases and U.S. missile defense/air defense systems on the territory of Ukraine, transfer to Ukraine such a volume of weapons, the presence of which would force the aggressor to abandon its criminal plans to destroy Ukraine.
Contrary to this and common sense, Joe Biden, through CIA Director William Burns, entered into a criminal conspiracy with Putin. On November 21, 2021, former U.S. Ambassador to Russia and CIA Director William Burns arrived in Moscow to negotiate Moscow's rules of war against Ukraine.
Despite Burns's celibate pro-Russianism, Putin, in his characteristic manner, defiantly refused to meet with him in person, remaining at his residence in Sochi. The conversation between Burns and Putin, took place over a secret Kremlin telephone link. Biden, represented by Burns, agreed with Putin on tried and tested and clear rules for Moscow's full-scale war against Ukraine, according to which:
«1. The United States would not fight directly nor seek regime change, the Biden administration pledged.
2. Russia would limit its assault to Ukraine and act in accordance with unstated but well-understood guidelines for secret operations»[11].
This criminal conspiracy should be subject to American investigation and justice. One month before Moscow's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, on January 24, 2022, the U.S. shamefully began evacuating its diplomatic missions from Ukraine - vacating the territory to allow Russia to kill as many Ukrainians as possible and destroy Ukrainian cities with impunity.
Following the U.S., other countries also embarrassingly began to flee their diplomatic missions. After the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, most U.S. analysts repeated the phrase-stamps of Russian propaganda that Kiev would fall from Russian aggression within 72 hours.
In fact, in these first hardest days, by its criminal decision to surrender Ukraine to the aggressor, the U.S. in the person of Biden and his administration de facto denied Ukraine and the Ukrainian people the right to exist. The second blatant case is the visit of the US Secretary of State Anatoly Blinkin to Kiev in May 2024. In those days, the Russian fascist invaders were actively advancing on Kharkiv.
Ukrainian high-ranking officials asked Blinkin for assistance in resolving the issue of allocating additional weapons to bleeding Ukraine. To which Blinken went to a Kiev nightclub to sing songs, which in diplomatic parlance means: The US said «So goodbye» to Ukraine. Thus, for the second time, the USA denied Ukraine and the Ukrainian people the right to exist.
In terms of military and military-technical support for Ukraine, Biden's team came up with the sly phrase «support Ukraine for as long as it takes»[12]. But in fact, this sly formulation boiled down to Russia's non-defeat in a war with Ukraine. Biden and his team feared defeat and the subsequent collapse of Russia more than they feared victory for their partner Ukraine.
As a result, Ukraine largely survived not thanks to, but in spite of the inaction of Biden's team. The results of Joe Biden's administration fully coincided with the results of the realization of his plans. The classic pro-Russian policy of Joe Biden has led to the fact that the center of gravity of the war still remains on the territory of the country-victim of aggression. The aggressor continues to kill Ukrainian civilians with impunity. And by the end of 2024, a shameful average pro-Russian state has been established in the theaters of war. Or a state of strategic stability.
Joe Biden's policy on the world arena has led to the emergence of a world axis of evil under the diplomatic cover of China in the face of fascist tyrannical regimes of Moscow, Iran, North Korea, Belarus, Venezuela and Syria (the last one has already fallen!). Such a configuration of the axis of world evil has never happened before in world history.
Democracy (AG. - Greek δημοκρατία «democracy» from δῆμος «people» + κράτος «power») ultimately means the dictatorship of the law. By failing to enforce the rule of law, the U.S. Democratic Party has completely discredited itself.
Representatives of the Democratic Party only tirelessly repeated the need to protect democracy and democratic values, but in reality they did not protect them, and in spite of them entered into criminal conspiracies with dictatorial terrorist regimes, acting against the values they declared.
Many US Democrats have simply betrayed the values they proclaimed. They have become ideologically bankrupt. Biden's ruling political force has not even been able to properly protect the U.S. at the legislative level from enemy external influence in domestic affairs from Moscow: from Moscow's agents, propaganda and influence operations. The further fall of the U.S. Democratic Party will undoubtedly continue simultaneously with the fall of the existing world order.
For the first time in U.S. history, Joe Biden and his team displayed the highest level of loserism and unprofessionalism in domestic and foreign policy, so that the overwhelming majority of U.S. citizens rightly rejected them in the presidential election. Reality has decreed that the current actors in US politics, together with Joe Biden, will never return to politics.
Any pro-Russianity will sooner or later be punished no matter who it comes from. This is axiomatic.
By flirting with pro-Russianism, the worst thing Joe Biden has done for his country's military and national security in the foreseeable future. By collapsing the collective security system, Joe Biden has put the U.S. under military attack from the global axis of evil, particularly because of the loss of trust from its allies.
If sporadic unrest arises in the U.S., Moscow, Iran and China, with the help of their numerous agents and special propaganda, will begin to sway the socio-political situation in the U.S. to the point where the state loses control over it. And then a military intervention against the United States may well follow on the part of fascist-terrorist regimes. Moscow believes that if the U.S. has never won a major war without allies, then if the allies lose confidence in the U.S., the U.S. alone will lose the war to fascist regimes.
The era of Joe Biden, was the beginning of the history of new big bloody wars like mankind had never known before. Later historians will write: Joe was too pro-Russian president of the USA, that's why he plunged the world into the abyss of chaos and wars.
